Review Time
I bought this device and was struggling to get it to work. I tried using it about 3 times and it didnt do anything so i put it back in the box. I recently tried to get it back out to give it another go but the battery was dead. I plugged thr device in to charge and despote being plugged in over night for about 10 hours, the charge ligjt remained red and the device was hot! After unpligging, the charging light wouldnt go out. After a few hours, the light would go out but the battery was dead. I contacted customer service and because it was past the 1 years, the solution offered was to send me a new device that i would have to pay $50 for. I paid $85 CAD originally for a dud device that I used 3 whole times and didnt get any kind of results. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

My experience with this company has been significant. I became a customer about three years ago. I had lost a charging cord for my Epil Pro 3 while moving so I reached out to the company to inquire about a replacement. They were very receptive and made sure that I got a replacement shipped out to me free of charge all I had to do was pay for shipping. This company is fantastic, and their products are excellent. Everyone woman should have a pluxy product for beauty regimen.
