I had an IVA which was over 60 months but after 27 months was becoming more difficult to keep up the payments. Susan did the yearly review and could see that I could not afford the payments. She arranged for a creditors meeting to arrange a variation which was accepted. At nearly 80 years of age it has lifted a great strain on my health which is failing already.
The staff are remarkably friendly and never make me feel judged about my situation. They always make sure I understand everything that's going on and regularly ask if I have any questions. I have no complaints about this service and would gladly recommend them to others.
