I reached out to the customer service number given and ended up waiting on hold for 20 minutes, listening to music and constant reassurances every 15 seconds that an agent would be with me shortly. This feels far from the truth.
I recently discovered three charges of $19.99 each on my account within a single month. I did not authorize this. I reported it as fraudulent activity. I was informed that during online shopping, they have a prompt for a 10% discount, but it seems like you are actually signing up for something else. This is very confusing.
The service has declined to reimburse the 10% on my purchases from a retailer. When I inquired about possible solutions, I was advised to resubmit my request. Given that the retailer rarely charges for shipping, I wanted to ensure I utilized the service before making my purchases. This situation began in December 2025, and everything was satisfactory prior to that time.
I received a rebate from Freeshipping.com on 8/21/2025. They did not disclose at that time that this was a subscription service and billed my credit card account $19.00 in November 2025 to continue using their rebate service.
I'd give it zero stars if possible. They snuck in while I was paying for an item on another website and charged my PayPal twice even though I tried to cancel the subscription that I didn't really sign up for. They're taking my money and I am not receiving any services or benefits. This is theft pure and simple.
I have never signed up for this service or ordered from any of their sites. Somehow they got my information and before I realized it they have have charged me over $100. I have been able to get $19 back. Whatever this place is, it's a scam.
