Everyone there is very friendly and helpful had a big procedure done last week and was really nervous about it and everyone there just made the whole thing so much easier litterally cant express my gratitude to affinity and the team litterally changed my life with giving me my smile back
I recently had dental implants done by this company. The process took some time but the result has been brilliant. I wore a denture for many years, but now I can eat, taste, and enjoy my food again! It's been a massive transformation and I am forever grateful to Dr Peter Workman for his professionalism, and his team for their support and help along the way.
Peter, Christy, Tori and Lily (amongst all of the other staff) provide a welcoming, professional and pragmatic service with excellent levels of patient care and empathy for all patients. I have found that they are especially adept in dealing with nervous patients and complicated dental surgery and anaesthesia. If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist, this team will get you back on track with no pain, no fuss and a good laugh along the way.
I researched as carefully as I could to find a dentist who could perform pinhole surgery ( PST) for gum recession. There are few dentists trained in the U.K. I am certain I picked the best. Peter Workman was very honest about the chances of success, which are very high anyway, but mine was 100%! He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about this procedure but, beyond that, he’s got superb customer service skills. If you are looking for a kind and highly professional dentist, he’s your man. The whole team are helpful and courteous and they’re like a family. You can relax and even have fun, knowing that you’ll be well taken care of, in spotlessly clean surroundings.

I have had a phobia for over 20 years with regards to going to a dentist, to the degree where I would not even want to talk about or listen to even an ad on the TV. Before Christmas I decided that I wanted to try and overcome this and researched on line for the best practice to use. I can say 100% that Affinity are even better than the reviews, and I would recommend to anyone based on their professionalism, skillset, ease to deal with, empathy and can do attitude towards your situation. Peter was brilliant (not forgetting his team too) and put me at ease from start to finish, i have subsequently been from initial appointment to having work carried out 4 times and each time have been treated perfectly, this from someone who could not even mention the word never mind visualising myself being in the chair! Indeed yesterday I had my first hygienist appointment with Helen and her assistant who were again brilliant, they were welcoming, understanding and professional. I would 100% now not go elsewhere and can safely say that without the great way I was dealt with I am not sure I would ever have been in the situation I am in now. I recommend highly indeed.
Where to start. If you’re looking for the perfect dentist, I think I have found him. However, the whole team are fantastic, everyone at Affinity is extremely professional, friendly, funny and incredibly welcoming. My 11 month journey with Peter has taken me from being absolutely terrified of dentists, physically paralysed with fear at the thought, to now being able to walk in calmly, on my own, comfortable in the knowledge that I will be looked after like a member of the family. This including plenty of aftercare reassuring phone calls, going above and beyond throughout. Peter and his manager Christie get a big thumbs up here, they are both very attentive and have a lovely calming nature about them. They are Just lovely honest people.I love the fact that they treat you like a real person and not a blank cheque book. At every stage of my treatment, from the initial consultation, clean up, disease treating, denture fitting, moulding, implant screw placing, temp bridge fitting, permanent bridge designing and final fitting, they have listened to everything me and my husband have had to say and acted on our needs with no fuss. At no stage was there ever any pushy salesmanship or scaremongering. Everything in my experience was upfront and honest with advice and guidance only given when and where needed, after all they are the professionals! An emotional rollercoaster, but I am finally leaving after 11 months and gone from having a mouth of council bin teeth (1 black, 1 brown, 1 missing!), to the smile of my dreams. I could not be happier and genuinely feel like a new woman. I feel great, think I look great and am back in my comfort zone, confident, smiley and mentally on the road back to being me. I genuinely would recommend Affinity to anyone; they are simply fantastic at what they do. Thank you so, so much.L Jordan
