A really great experience from initial consultation to final review. I can only thank all the staff for their skill, expertise, professionalism, care and empathy during my recent major dental work. A couple of very minor hiccups predominately due to the pandemic but they were sorted out and didn’t impact on the overall experience. The technical skill and facilities were first rate and the inclusion in the decision making and information about the processes involved made me feel very confident and comfortable about the whole situation. Thanks again Affinity. Finally thanks for the apple!
I am leaving this review following my second very successful appointment with Tracy the hygienist. After a pretty awful experience at a different practice I arrived for my first appointment absolutely petrified. Tracy was extremely patient and reassuring. The treatment was gentle and pain free- a complete contrast to my experience previously. Tracy’s advice on how to improve my gum health has had a significant impact. At my second appointment the treatment was again pain free - I would now say almost relaxing! My teeth feel healthier than they have in years.Tracy and the staff team at Affinity are at all times calming and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.
I have been absolutely petrified of the dentist, needles and suffer with medical anxiety (since lockdown) so much so I have not been in 10-12 years. I was recommended to come to Affinity by a friend and although apprehensive I decided to see if they are taking on new patients and they were! I got the courage to book my first appointment but got covid (Which i was quite happy about as i got to miss the appointment), they were very understanding and i said i would book in another time.I went for the check up and realised very quickly i was at ease, from the friendly welcome to the laid back journey all the way to the end. I could not fault.i was told what treatment i needed and decided to get booked in straight away as soon as they could so i couldn't back out.I am now writing this review after 4 visits to the hygienist, 16 injections later and with a brand new smile, happy and ready to go back to get fillings done! Tracey the hygienist was amazing! She is kind, patient and so understanding! I could barely feel a thing and she understood that sometimes i may need to take a break and we would sit and talk until i was ready to carry on the treatment.Even the receptionists were understanding, they helped me after my first initial treatment to calm down and be able to go home.Thank you to everyone so far at Affinity, you guys are amazing!
