I rented a 20 yard dumpster and later slapped with an additional $300 without any explanation just saying that the total weight was 3000 pounds over my allowed 2300 pounds.That is impossible since I only disposed of carpet and padding.They expect that customers just roll over and accept the charges.Warning to all, avoid dealing with brokers like that who contract out haulers.
Scam company. The man on the phone said my fence would not exceed the weight limit. I put less in and they charged me over a hundred for an overload 2 weeks after. I had to esign papers. Tons of pages and the man said it'd be fine. After 2 weeks they charged my card per their 16 page contract of it being overweight. I received an email stating not to call but reply by text or email.
After selling our house, we rented a dumpster to throw out some old furniture. The dumpster didn’t arrive on the scheduled date, and I called and texted several times to find out why. No reply. The title was scheduled to transfer to the new owner the next day and I had no time to play games. I had made this clear from the beginning. Once I made it clear that their reputation would suffer, they finally decided to send the dumpster the next day. They even sent me two emails threatening to charge me extra for exceeding the time limit for the dumpster…before they even delivered it! Now almost two days after the date of the title transfer, the dumpster is still there. No communication, nothing. So the new owner is going to have to try to move in with a dumpster in their driveway because this company can’t get organized and doesn’t bother to communicate. Run far away from this company.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME "AFFORDABLE"! They will give you a good price example $489.00 for 8 days. Then they will hit you for a weight fee that will double your charge! We filled the dumpster to 1/3 capacity with some old wood decking and they are saying the weight was 7800 pounds. They only allow 3000 pounds. There is no way we had anywhere near that amount of weight with around 200 2 x 4's. 1 pressure treated 2 x 4 is (via google 17#, 17 x 200 = 3400#By the way I called their competitor P and M Disposal, and their weight limit is 8000 pounds (rental price $585.)We have requested a printout of the weight but will be reversing the additional charge with our CC company if not resolved with company. UPDATE: MY deck contractor said the dumpster was NOT EMPTY upon arrival! WOW Wish they had a place for a pic here. So glad he took one.

Excellent communication and great price! Drop off was flawless with the driver coming out to introduce himself and even helped us place cardboard where the dumpster wheels may have scratched our driveway. It’s those above and beyond touches that make the difference. Pick up was easy and as scheduled and we received a final invoice virtually the same day. Thanks!
From the website it feels so friendly and family like to everyone I spoke with on the phone was so polite and accommodating. To the call I got after the service asking how it all went. I am very pleased with the service and the pricing as well. All within the budget. It feels so good to do business with people who really care. No matter what it is!! They are the worst company you can deal with they do not follow instructions and they will drop it off at a different location and then make you run after them as they will then charge you again ,The customer service is the Worst there driver is even worst than there customer service i would say find a better company as they will RIp you off
Do not do business with this company their service is Horrible. They lie and take your money! First off I got the dumpster delivered to find that there was dirt and rocks and grass in the dumpster. I had to call them and then take pictures .I asked for a new dumpster they said no.I called 3 days before my dumpster was supposed to be picked up on Friday so that I would not be charged because they don't pick up on the weekends, they never came .I called them Monday morning and they said someone would pick it up.I asked if I would be charge they said no it takes 1-3 days before they can come and pick it back up. I called the Friday to find out why they still have not picked it up. I was told that they came to pick it up and there were no cars in the yard which was a total LIE!!!! I had to park on the street for 5 day having to carry a baby back and forth across the street. Then he said there are cars on the street so they could not pick it up. I cannot control who parks on the street or where they park.They charged my card for a extra 250 .00 because of there mistake. I will never do business with this company again they are the worst!!!@!@! 313 444-2237
