You guys need an overhaul..I do not recommend this app at all..transactions will say successful but the receipent has yet to receive the transaction..very slow..I do not recommend this app. All they do is apologize without concrete solutions. Stay far away from this app
I’ve been using Afriex for about a week now, and I have to say, the app itself is great—super intuitive and easy to navigate!
The absolute standout feature for me is the customer support. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team is whenever I have a question. Knowing that they are available 24/7 gives me so much peace of mind, and it’s clear they truly care about their users!
The only area where I see room for improvement is the M-PESA to Afriex deposit speed. Currently, it takes a bit too long for the funds to reflect in my account. There are many times when I need my funds urgently, and the delay can be a bit stressful.
If the team could streamline this process to make deposits more instant, this app would be a perfect 10/10! Other than that, I’m a very happy user and highly recommend it for the service alone.
I attempted to make a transfer to Canada, but it seemed like the system was preventing me from doing so. I had to withdraw the funds and use a different method. Even after explaining my situation to an agent, hoping for an exception on the withdrawal fee, their response was quite cold and straightforward.
AVOID THIS APP – COMPLETE SCAM
This is one of the worst applications I have ever encountered. I transferred $4,000 through this service to the United Kingdom, and the funds were never received. After that, they entirely ceased communication with me. No updates, no refund, no accountability.
They claim to send money to various countries, but that is simply not the case. If anything goes wrong, you are left to fend for yourself. Their customer support is practically non-existent once they have your funds.
This app took $4,000 of my hard-earned money, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.
Do NOT use this app if you value yourself, your finances, or your peace of mind. There are many safer and more dependable alternatives available. Keep your distance from this service.
I only encountered challenges when setting up the app, for weeks I couldn’t get past signing up so I sent mail to the team which they responded and then I was able to sign up and started using the app and it has been seem less and hitch free! No downtime ,prompt delivery of deposits and transfers! I now enjoy using the app !
