It was really easy to communicate and coordinate with Mr. Niroshan on organizing a virtual session. Visual presentation material were good and reference reading materials were handed out before the session which were really appreciated by the audience of the session too. We learned new things and what we need to improve in OKR journey of our company. Looking forward to work with Niro in future too.
The session was great starting from the first minute itself. It was a challenging session to say that COVID 19 online environment for education cannot reach the level of standard for normal education. It included a lot of new facts, new experiences and skills the students should be developing to raise their potential up in joining the industry and most importantly everything was delivered as a way the session was not boring at least for a minute. I had no idea what OKR is when I was joined to Niro's training. But the outcome is really awesome because I was thinking to myself what I was doing is not good enough to achieve my objectives. I have defined my objective but I have not listed out what needs to be done to achieve the defined objective.
