If I could give nought star I would. I bought a pair of boots in good faith. They advertised their business in Yorkshire UK. but they are based in china. Fraudulent advertising it is bad enough that the boots are NOTHING like as advertised . They ignore my request for an explanation re their illegal advertising and just offered 15% refund. I demand 100% which is my right but then they tell you to pay the huge shipping cost to CHINA. Everyone needs to report this company
I ordered a ‘Classic vintage dress’ and received a completely different, nylon, dreadful, badly made dress. It was also a different colour and the wrong size. I contacted them and they offered me 10% refund to keep the dress. When I declined and asked for a refund they told me to return it to an address in China and that I had to pay all shipping and tax (which they say will be 50-60% of the item cost). Their website says the opposite - ie when there is no fault on customers part, they cover shipping and provide a return label. I wish this review enabled me to upload images of the dress I ordered vs the dress I received. I couldn’t even send it to a charity shop. It is so dreadful. I also wish I could upload screenshots of the email conversations I have had with them. This company really is a scam. The clothes you receive are rubbish, and are NOT the same as the clothes advertised. The returns policy is complete fiction. They are clearly based in China despite pretending they are UK on the website. I am searching for a way to report them in the UK so that they can be shut down. Avoid.
I ordered a jumper that looks lovely on the site what arrived is like a cheap Christmas polyester jumper not matching image at all. I doubt I’ll hear from the company. A complete scam false company!!! Going to try and claim money back on my credit card! Disappointed I didn’t read reviews first!

I ordered 2 weeks ago and as it had not shipped yet,I googled and found these reviews. I have asked to cancel and get a refund but I don't hold out much hope
Lesson learnt - damn you, Pinterest!
I am beyond gutted that I fell for this scam. Like others in the comments section, I discovered this "brand" whilst on Pinterest. Thought I was getting a decent January offer, and the images provided looked of high quality. When I received my package after weeks, I could not believe the quality. It was shipped from China after being led to believe that it was a Yorkshire brand. They refuse to give you a shipping label, and try to par you off with a 10% then a 20% refund. You are expected to pay at least half of the cost of the item just to return it! I will not wear the garment, it's beyond ugly, cheap, and there was also a printing error. What a waste of my hard earned money. What was meant to be a treat for myself, has ended up being more trouble than it's worth. I hope people see these reviews before purchasing anything.
SCAM!!!! I cannot kick myself hard enough for not doing more checks before I ordered from this company. I’ve never fallen foul of a scam before but this one, i’m ashamed to say, got me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. What a waste of £35 on what should have been the most beautiful Christmas jumper but instead is the cheapest most shocking peace of crap of all time, and to make this mockery even worse, it’s not even the size I ordered. You can’t get a full refund as it will cost you half what you paid to return it to China, so I’ve accepted a 20% refund, which I’m not even expecting to get. Lesson learnt! Instagram need to take these adverts down!
Stupidly ordered after the advert popped up on Pinterest, came from overseas (not a UK supplier) so took about 3 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed with the jumper, looks knitted in the photo but received a jumper that is a print version of the pattern, it does not resemble the photo showed on the advert. Wish I never ordered.
