What can we say.. Had our 3 piece suite delivered, lovely sofas and even lovelier guys who delivered them. Two lovely lads Jam and Hazzy, lovely courteous caring friendly lads nothing a problem. Came and delivered on time, made the whole experience lovely. Unpacked and put together our sofas and armchairs with ease, answered any questions and sorted out anything we enquired about. Cleared up after and removed our old sofa, nothing was too much. Couldn't have wished for nicer lads to come and deliver. They deserve a 10 out of 10 100% brilliant service from them both. Thank you Jam and Hazzy you made our day.
Although I had looked at similar products in local area, took the chance with a Sicily 2 seater Cinema Sofa from Sofa Shop in Yorkshire, without trying it out first. I'm not disappointed, l ordered on Wed, delivered 2 days later. Lots of help if required. Expert delivery by great couple of guys, Jam and Hazy, who have good sense of humour. I know you have to pay for it, but they took old Sofa away, meticulously checked everything was Ok. Assembled (sectional) new Sofa and fully showed the functionality. One thing I would say though, is the product info should say you need 4 sockets! I've yet to test it over a period of time, but solid quality and construction, good value for the price and support/ firmness initially feels good (yet to see if I fall asleep). Resilience fabric gives it a quality feel, almost like a matt leather? Highly recommend, and will review again in a few months.

I had nearly forgotten what excellent service felt like until I interacted with this company. I purchased my sofa online, and the very next day, I received a call to confirm my details and gather any additional information regarding my order and delivery. Living in a second-floor apartment without a lift, I often find that companies leave large items outside, claiming they were delivered to my door. However, that wasn't the case here. All the information was gathered and communicated to the delivery team, ensuring that everything was handled seamlessly. My sofa was delivered right to my living room after being carried up four flights of stairs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
I spent £2,176 with this company just over a year ago on their new range, and the entire experience has been very disappointing. We never received the additional table we paid for, but the main concern is the build quality. After about a year of normal use, the seats have developed a significant gap where your lower back should be. The foam has clearly collapsed, providing no lumbar support at all. Both of us are now experiencing back pain from using it, and we’ve had to purchase a new sofa from another seller because this one is unfit for use. It gets worse. About four months in, the headrest stopped functioning completely. While moving the sofa to create space for the replacement, I noticed that the internal mechanism had detached from the frame, with the bolts no longer secured and the structure damaged inside. That should never occur with a sofa costing over £2,000, especially since I hardly used the headrest. Overall, the foam quality and internal construction do not match what was described or advertised. Given the price paid, the durability is simply lacking. I would advise against spending your money here.
