I ordered and paid for an airbag squib connector and wires. The item hadn't arrived when expected, and when I contacted this company by telephone, they got straight on it and dispatched the item immediately with one of their staff members going to the post office and sending it Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next day (on a Saturday) at a cost of £9.00 which they paid for even though I offered. I was impressed.
Absolutely phenomenal service from the team, I have been searching for an airbag for my C Class for 8 months - Have been through possibly 11 that did not fit so did not have a great deal of hope, but alas the team managed to source and provide the exact one I needed.Very quick and exceptional service
