What an Amazing Company !

What an Amazing Company !! From the first phone all enquiry my seatbelt was dealt with incredible customer service and having sent my ‘old’ one to them to be repaired / renewed it has the fastest ‘turnaround ‘ Ive ever experienced which was imperative to re-doing my MOT to get a ‘ PASS’ in the weeks period . I would highly recommend this company to anyone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I needed a replacement seat belt for…

I needed a replacement seat belt for the drivers seat. Surprising how expensive these are to replace. However Airbag were very reasonable indeed. Did a great job really quickly. Thouroghly recommend them.

Slow Turnaround

I sent my seatbelts in for replacement webbing. As I had to disconnect the battery it meant my car was unlocked the whole time the belts were with Airbag Team. I emailed and called to explain about this and they said they would do them within 48 hours, but this didn't happen and it took a week for them to come back. (And then only after I reminded them.)

Seatbelt worn replacement

I spoke to Dan who was very helpful. I sent my seatbelt off at the post office at 16:00 on Wednesday, and had it delivered back by post at 11:00 on Friday. I was very impressed with the new belt and service.Many thanks Mr J Thomas.

Great service - seatbelt fabric replaced

The driver’s seatbelt on my car was badly frayed. I found The Airbag Team online. The website was clear and easy to use. I emailed the company to double check the product and procedure. Dan was extremely helpful and dealt with my queries promptly. The replacement fabric seatbelt was returned within the time frames and was of excellent quality.I would definitely recommend The Airbag Team for seatbelt repairs.
