Excellent customer service - initially we spoke to Faiza and then worked with brother Hamzah, who was really helpful and accommodating and answered all questions. The transport service was great but be prepared for delays as Makkah is very busy. Hotels were amazing and stones throw from the Haramain. Throughly enjoyed our Umrah trip.
Did not get what we paid for ripped off and had the worst customer service experience of my life!
Company should be banned from trading because of illegal practices
Paid for a package which included Pullman Zamzam hotel in Makkah almost a year in advance, a few months prior to flying out we was told this hotel is no longer available at the price we paid, they are trying to get an alternative hotel. They would continue to make excuses and make false promises, I've excersised patience but they would continously almost on a daily basis promise a call back or my hotel voucher. Both Hamza, his manager Numana and other colleagues will tell me this lie. Other colleagues will tell me I'm not their client and don't have my information to be able to help me.
When I spoke with the very rude manager Numan, he suggested his terms and conditions say that the prices can change and we are not entitled to a refund, when I tried to explain package travel regulations he yelled 'don't threaten me" he firmly believes he can put what he wants in t&c's and your rights as a consumer don't matter.
All they way up to the time I was standing at the gate about to fly despite booking almost a year in advance, I still don't have hotel vouchers, in the end with my arms twisted I had to agree to stay in two different hotels in Makkah which was a huge inconvenience and neither was the hotel I paid for. I was threatened with either this or they would refund an amount got Makkah hotel which would not be an adequate amount to now find a hotel.

One of the agents, named Sawera, is very active. She helped me when I needed information regarding Umrah. InshaAllah, I will return to her for Umrah services. I will recommend her to others at Safa Marwah Travel.
This is a total scam! I was promised a refund by the company by Friday, but there's been no sign of it. No confirmation email, and no response on messaging platforms. I'm now in contact with my bank for a refund. Do not get caught in their deceitful schemes; they will not refund you or keep their promises. It's outrageous, and they should be shut down!

Overall, we were pleased with the arrangements and appreciated the support from the representative. Flights, transportation, accommodations, and visits were well organized and went smoothly. The quote was very competitive, enhancing our trip experience. We avoided the hassle of arranging transportation ourselves. There were a few minor administrative issues, like some confirmed details missing on the invoice, and delays during hotel check-in due to different booking names for two hotels, but these were eventually sorted out.
My travel agent was excellent, communicating via messaging and providing competitive quotes for Umrah. The customer service was exceptional, with careful attention to tailoring packages. She was also willing to match any other quotes I had received, which was reassuring. I didn't book this time due to personal reasons but would highly recommend their service. Thank you!
