Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I would rate this service lower if possible. Initially, the installer failed to obtain a permit and cut the lines, causing weeks of delays. It has been nothing but frustrating since then. After canceling, I was hit with an $8 charge for a paper invoice. Absolutely terrible experience.

I wish I could leave a lower rating. When we first engaged with them, the installer failed to obtain a permit and cut the lines, which took weeks to resolve. They have been nothing but a hassle. After canceling, they charged me $8 for a paper invoice. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.
