To be honest, I started my career with AkashX with high hopes, but it ended in great disappointment! There are a few good traders worth following because they generate profits, but the management and the companies associated with AkashX, such as Zeus and TradexMastery, are bordering on fraud and criminal behavior!
What kind of company partners with such deceptive firms like Zeus and TradexMastery, which scam and exploit their customers? What AkashX is doing is outrageous, as they take no action to prevent further scams!
For example, it was extremely difficult for me to recover my invested money from Zeus, and a malfunction in the platform caused me a $2,000 loss! TradexMastery is a scam operating like a pyramid scheme! They do not pay their clients, even though they constantly promote offers to lure in new victims!
From my perspective, AkashX is run by fraudsters who have no sense of shame and no moral compass!

I have spent thousands of dollars on your subscription and on TradexMastery challenges that you and your educators were promoting. In the end, I feel that I was scammed by TradexMastery. They are blocking funded accounts, and I have been waiting for a payout for nearly four months now. At this point, I understand that I am probably not going to receive it.Your reputation has become very bad, and I am not willing to continue my subscription with you. From my perspective, this looks like a pyramid scheme where traders were misled, a lot of money was taken from them, and in the end many were left without payouts. It is very disappointing to see the trading community being treated this way.
Great products, but the customer support is terrible! When responsive, they push support over to one of their products which seems to not have any customer support at all. Put in a request almost a month ago and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing.
All the reviews are mainly from people who work for Akashx ! They do no do what they say they do ! Joel is rude on his telegram to people, Laura signs u up and then doesn't take accountability for anything Trades are shown as better than what they are ! awful company stay clear.
I started my paid membership with AkashX at the end of 2024 and remained a member until recently. From an educational standpoint, the platform is genuinely strong. The learning materials are solid, well-structured, and some of the educators are truly outstanding in my opinion. For trading education alone, AkashX delivers real value.Unfortunately, the overall experience is seriously undermined by two major issues.First, the support is extremely poor. When I encountered a serious problem, I contacted AkashX support multiple times. I sent five separate emails, and the only responses I received were automated confirmations that my messages had been received. No real help, no follow-up, no accountability. For a paid monthly membership, this level of support is unacceptable.Second, the recommended prop firm, TradeXMastery, turned out to be highly problematic. After finally passing my first challenge after 1 year and 1 month (and four failed attempts before that), TradeXMastery accused me of copy trading. This accusation makes little sense, as copy trading is explicitly part of the AkashX system and is allowed for its members. Despite this, the prop firm refused to handle the situation fairly, and AkashX provided no support or advocacy whatsoever. At that point, I decided to leave. I simply expect more professionalism, transparency, and customer support for the monthly fee being charged.Summary:✔ Strong educational content✔ Some excellent instructors✖ Terrible customer support✖ Very questionable prop firm partnership
I was part of the Akashx since the beginning. Was a great platform with great educators. Since last November, when they split from the MDC, the situation is getting worse and worse. High calibre educators left, marketing face "educators" kept remain. The huge issue with the Akashx is they are in an extremely close partnership with TradeX Mastery, a prop-firm which No1 interest is to blow the accounts of the traders because they only make money in such way. Akashx is helping those fellows to blow their account because it is also in his interest. What a huge conflict of interest! A normal educational platform in a normal world could not have close relationship with a 3- star prop firm, but obviously it's not a problem of Akashx. Stay away, learn trading somewhere else, there are plenty of possibilities out there without such conflict of interest. Another thing is, I had a few people (3+) with annual membership, so my subscription had to be alive until the end of February. With just a blink of the eyes the cancelled it! The VP of sales, Ali still has a video on the platform saying affiliates with 3+ referrals have free membership. What a GREAT company, what a GREAT management, what a GREAT partnership with TradeX Mastery. I say you, stay away, learn trading somewhere else, there are plenty of possibilities out there without such conflict of interest.
Misleading marketing, poor support, and an unhealthy culture.I joined Akashx on the basis of how it was advertised to me, and I feel genuinely misled. The service is presented as if trading is largely a matter of copying and pasting signals, implying that beginners can step in and succeed with minimal experience. In reality, trading is far more complex, requiring strong risk management, education, psychology, and ongoing guidance — none of which are adequately provided once you’re inside. As someone new to trading, I joined with the expectation that there would be structured support, mentorship, or at least accessible help when questions inevitably arose. What I found instead was a severe lack of hands-on assistance. While there are videos available, they are largely generic, surface-level, and disconnected from the real challenges faced when trading live markets. Watching videos is not the same as being supported, and the gap between marketing promises and reality is stark. What concerned me most — and ultimately led me to leave — was the culture within the community itself. I was added to a separate private chat where I personally witnessed Joel and members of the team mocking and slating new users behind their backs. This is not hearsay; it was openly visible. Even more troubling, one individual was blocked simply for voicing their opinion about the lack of support available after joining. Constructive criticism should not be punished — especially from paying members. This behaviour speaks volumes. Rather than fostering an environment of learning, accountability, and growth, the culture feels ego-driven and dismissive, particularly toward beginners — the very people the platform aggressively targets through its marketing. There is a clear disconnect between how welcoming and supportive Akashx appears externally, and how newcomers are actually treated once inside. The representatives recruiting new members significantly overstate what is provided, creating unrealistic expectations that are not met. Whether intentional or not, the result is the same: people join believing they are getting guidance and mentorship, only to realise they are largely left to fend for themselves.I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely warranted one. I’m disappointed, frustrated, and frankly relieved that I chose to step away when I did. I will be moving forward with my trading journey elsewhere, where education, transparency, and respect for learners are taken seriously. If you are new to trading and looking for genuine support, structured learning, and a professional environment, I strongly suggest you think carefully before joining.
I was excited at the beginning being that it advised chatgpt and tap to trade. However, the interface does not connect to the broker. In addition, there is no chatgpt available and the signals do not even show up. I tried reaching out to support and there was no answer. So do that what you may with this information.
