Package of bubble envelope peptides delivered in a hot state without any ice packs. Black box was deeply dented / cracked at one end. Peptide cakes were busted. Contacted the phone number through Whatsapp and the response was completely unprofessional. Answered like a bothered neighbor, not a business. Did not care about any of the concerns or the fact extra was charged for safe delivery, which it was not safely delivered. When I said the communication was terribly unprofessional, the response basically said they should have just waited over the weekend to get back into the office to be professional in their communication. Person admitted they were late to pick up their daughter. Kept trying to defend themselves instead of offering professional customer service.

I wanted to give this service a fair chance because the pricing seemed reasonable. After using Retatrutide for two weeks, I experienced no appetite suppression whatsoever following both injections.
