Update:Since posting the below AKNZ have responded, saying my order was missed due to a system error and have provided a full refund. This does not explain the previous lack of comms and, given my experience is far from unique, I would still strongly advise to avoid this company. Nevertheless I wanted to update this post for completeness.Original post:I think this is probably a scam. My item was ordered 8 days ago with next-day delivery. Nothing received. No further communications. All attempts to contact them have been ignored.I've contacted my credit card provider to initiate a refund. Strongly suggest to avoid these guys.
Ordered a dolce gusto S plus coffee machine on 7/1/20 on next day delivery, it arrived on the 11/1/26. But it was the wrong model. I had tried to contact AKNZ via email, phone, messenger without any success. Zero customer support zero customer satisfaction. Don’t use this company.
Must admit that after reading the reviews, I became very concerned about my order, wishing I had read the reviews first.I paid for next day delivery, it didn’t arrive. No they don’t answer emails, messages or the phone. I did however receive my order less than a week after ordering and it was fine. Tracking was good too. Value for money i would give 5 stars I wouldn’t however order from this company again, mainly because of the late delivery and poor, none existence communication
