I ordered a clothes line and received the wrong model, unable to contact the company as the phone line is continually engaged. I have had no reply from my emails.
Terrible customer service. I would advice not to use this company.

AKNZ reneged on 'free delivery' at point of check out

Bought a rotary washing line from AKNZ. The product stated ' free delivery'. However, when placing order £7.10 delivery charge was added. There was no free delivery option. This pushed the price up above cheaper suppliers. Clearly a deliberate scam. Doubtless the T & C's state somewhere they can do this. The only reason I give a 2 start rating is because the product was delivered quickly.

Ordered product Sunday evening, confirmation email received Monday morning, further email Monday evening confirming order ready for despatching..DPD confirmed waiting for order on Tuesday, goods received Wednesday @ DPD & delivered to me 8.45am Thursday morning.. All in All first class service.
