I tried to order panels from Akuwood. While the product itself may be fine, the overall experience was unacceptable due to severe logistics issues.Over the course of more than a month, I attempted delivery multiple times. Each time, their logistics partner failed to meet the agreed and confirmed delivery date. Repeatedly, new delivery time slots were communicated the evening before the scheduled delivery — and those revised slots were also not honored.At one point, a representative from the logistics company called me and explicitly committed to a specific time slot. Even that commitment was not kept and the evening before a different date and time was communicated. In the end, the order had to be cancelled after more than a month of failed delivery attempts. Akuwood reimbursed the cost of the material, but did so far not reimburse the high logistics costs — despite logistics being the core issue throughout the entire process.I have worked in the logistics industry for many years, and this level of logistical unreliability is far below standard. For that reason, I cannot recommend Akuwood - similar panels seem to be available from many sources, I got mine from a different company within a week.Reliable delivery is a basic requirement, and in this case it was consistently not met.
