They were supposed to refund me for the missing item and shipping costs but instead claimed it was a combined return. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I received many compliments at the work holiday party! The product is well crafted with quality materials and the fit was perfect. The seller also honored the 10% Cyber Monday discount that didn’t apply at checkout and confirmed the credit on my card. I plan on buying suits for future occasions.

Took my money and sent the wrong item

I ordered a suit, but received something completely different. They tried to mislead me about the lighting in the photos, which was ridiculous. When I returned the incorrect item, they charged me $50 for shipping and only partially refunded my order, effectively stealing my money. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

Received the wrong item and poor support

I received the wrong item. After calling customer service, I was left on hold for a long time. When I finally spoke to a representative, I struggled to understand her. She promised to email a shipping label for the incorrect item but never did. I ended up paying $17.15 for return shipping and have nothing to show for it. I won’t shop here again!

Fraudulent practices, suit never arrived

I bought a suit online for my father to wear at my wedding, paying €346.84 including shipping and customs. The store: shipped via a different service than agreed; the product never arrived; they charged customs fees but didn’t pay anything; I had to pay additional customs charges. They never sent an official receipt, which is illegal, and they don’t respond to any inquiries. I’m disputing this with my bank and reporting it. Caution: it looks like a luxury store but operates like a scam.
