Ordered an A24 jigsaw as a Christmas…

Ordered an A24 jigsaw as a Christmas present in November and 4 weeks later still no delivery. They told me it’s a pre-order item meant to arrive on the 10th December however it’s the 15th and still no sign and I need to travel for Christmas. Rubbish. Overpriced. Don’t waste your time.

Ridiculous refund policy

It’s absurd that when I reached out about my order that was listed as delivered they told me I would need to wait a WEEK and contact them back when it didn’t arrive then. Insane customer service practices. If somebody says their order was stolen or not delivered you should instantly offer a reshipment or refund. Work on your CX practices.

I experienced an issue with a product…

I experienced an issue with a product that I had ordered via the A24 store. Over the duration of 1-2 weeks, the A24 customer service team were extremely patient and helpful. Rewin, who I spent most of the time communicating with, went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were adequately addressed and resolved, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I always give credit when it's due, and this is one of those times.

So far, so good!

Wow, reading the reviews I see there are quite a few people whom have had bad experiences with the A24 shop. I guess my son and I have been lucky because we order quite a bit from them and the only issue thus far is when we ordered 14 zines and one came with a few torn pages and the others had messed up corners. Customer service gave us a 20% discount on 13 of them and reimbursed us for the torn issue. Everything else arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would say to anyone who is thinking of becoming a member or planning on making a purchase from the A24 shop would be to read the A24 terms and policies thoroughly, so you know how and when to cancel your membership, what the refund policies are and what happens if your package gets lost or damaged in the mail, etc. I make it a habit to learn these things no matter what company I am buying from, as that is my responsibility as a customer. Every company has different terms and policies regarding returns, lost packages and so on and if one hasn't bothered to read those before placing their order, then that person has no one to blame but themselves. Knowledge is power. That isn't to say that I agree that A24 has the best terms and policies because they don't, nor do I think they take care when packaging items either and so far our one interaction with customer service was pleasant and we have not experienced a missing package, so 4 stars is our rating for them at this point. If you do experience an issue with them, first make sure to read over the terms and policies that might relate to that issue (which as I mentioned, it is best to do this before ever joining or placing an order), then call customer service and see if they are willing to resolve your issue for you and if they are not helpful, ask for a supervisor next. If they are unable or unwilling to help, the next step is calling your bank to refute the charge (partial or full) if you received a damaged item or it went missing and you never received it, if you have a different issue you can skip this step. The final steps are writing reviews on Trustpilot and other websites as well as posting your experience on all of your social media sites. The last but not least step is to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau. Most people will not bother to do anything but write reviews, but I can tell you that it is totally worth the time and energy it takes to do all of these things, because it not only helps inform others, it also helps make a difference and every time I have had to do this, my issue has been resolved, quite satisfactorily, I might add. **Just remember, you do need to read the terms and policies first before joining any membership or buying from any website.

Terrible Packaging

This is not a review of the movie. I actually like the movie very much. This is a review of the packaging by A24.Instead of offering a standard Blu Ray or 4K case, A24 is trying to cut costs (odd since the price of the film is very high) by presenting "Heretic" and all their new releases in a cheap looking cardboard case. It looks terrible on a video library shelf. Plus, it damages very easily. If you are like me and want to keep my 4K and Blu Ray movies looking nice, then this packaging is a huge disappointment. Considering how much A24 is charging for their movies, then I would hope that they would actually give the collectors some nice casing and packaging. This looks very cheap and is already fraying just from shipping.If you are a true lover of your physical media library, search out other alternatives for the packaging. I for one will not buy another A24 movie (even though I love them) until they fix their issues.

I would give zero if was possible.After 7 months complying to their absurd request , still no work has ever been offered to myself.Out of frustration, I will suggest to anyone interested in this company to stay away. You are going to find yourself spending money , trying to complying absurd request without receiving any work.Watch out guys, I am surprised their rating is so high

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! My husband recently bought from the A24 merch line. To be specific, it was the hand from the "Talk To Me" movie. He had bought the hand back in September so that we could use it for the Halloween season. We FINALLY received it in late November. Although disappointed, we were willing to look past the drastic shipping time and simply hold onto it for next Halloween. When opening the merchandise, I saw a weird indentation on the top of the hand. I also saw a hole at the end of one of the fingertips. I put two and two together and realized IT WAS A BONG. Mind you, neither of us smoke. Our home is smoke free and we would've NEVER purchased something like this to begin with if we had known what it was. If they had disclosed exactly what this statue was intended for, we would've looked the other way and never have made the purchase.After realizing that it was indeed a bong, we reached out to customer service right away to quickly return the item. They said no. There was no explanation on their part as to why they wouldn't take back this brand new, unused, fresh out of the box merchandise. They simply wouldn't accept the return. I would've been willing to pay for the return shipping myself, but I wasn't even given that oppurtunity. This has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever had to endure. I'm writing this review to let others know to beware of this company as they clearly do not advertise the products as thoroughly as they should. They DO NOT accept returns of any kind, regardless of them lacking severely on their part. What a shame.
