Aldemore are a fantastic company to save with. Their website is easy to use. I found the customer service exceptional with easy access to speak to someone straight away without being past around to numerous departments. The lady I spoke to with a question was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Such a refreshing change from the majority of companies nowadays! Importantly, their savings interest rates are also very competitive.
This is my second Aldermore Savings Bank Account. I have found their system easy to use and haven't encountered any problems accessing my funds when needed. I was attracted to them by their competitive interest rate for their easy access accounts.
