So Slow and please avoid

So Slow and please avoid! Gone down hill so so much which is a shame as competitive.We are polfolio landlord 10+and has been a months since we got the valuations report and still don't have that mortgage offer. Normally / use to be a few days turn around. ShockingTook close to a mo th to get a surveyor around, another month and nothing.
