It has been both a pleasure and great relief that we found Total Tax to help with our overwhelming tax situation.Due to aging and some medical concerns, we found ourselves owing $50,000.00 +, in late taxes and fees. With the diligent help from Steve Fuqua, Michael Bohn, Lorraine, Kat, Donna, Angela and all the staff we were able to relax and feel confident we were in good hands. With all their hours of hard work and expertise, they got our tax bill reduced to $6,000 payable through a payment plan.We will forever be grateful and thankful for their time, skills and attentiveness. Forget the other reviews unless they have money to spend. Do not and I repeat do not use total tax tax service, total tax pros for any of your tax preparation. You can consider half of your refund as payment to them. And you can count on paying at least $150 to $250 for a refund less than $100.
