Extremely Disappointed with the Service

My experience has been absolutely terrible. I ordered a lightsaber back in August 2025, and here we are today—still waiting. After multiple interactions with the support team and countless empty promises, I’m still without my order 17 weeks later. Their customer service is frustrating, with continual delays and repeated claims of delivery within '3 weeks' that never materialize. As a first-time customer, this has been the worst experience I've encountered with any company that claims to offer excellent service—it's truly disappointing. No one from the company seems willing to take responsibility or reach out to me. I've felt trapped in this endless cycle. I strongly advise anyone thinking of spending their money to consider other options. 0/10 stars!

Zero Stars Would Be More Appropriate

I would give zero stars if possible. Like many others, I ordered my saber four months ago without receiving confirmation. I was repeatedly told it had shipped to the USA but was never given a tracking number because it hadn’t been processed. After two weeks, they claimed it was back-ordered. I eventually tried to cancel my order, and they lied, saying it was canceled and I would receive a refund. Absolutely terrible experience.

This review covers the Imperial Praetorian Helmet. It’s divided into three sections: The Good, The Bad, and Areas for Improvement. The Good: 1) Arrival was timely. 2) Excellent packaging, ensuring safety. 3) Presentation is straightforward, making it suitable for collectors or cosplay. 4) Good value considering the convenience. The Bad: Minor glue residue on the rim. Improvement Needed: I found nothing significant needing change aside from the glue. Overall, I’m pleased and look forward to future offerings.

Terrible Experience

Horrific service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered two replacement blades on September 22nd, and over a month and a half later, they haven’t even shipped. They were listed as in stock. I’ve emailed multiple times with little response, and they keep promising my order will ship in five days, but nothing has happened. They’ve stopped responding, wasting my money and ruining my niece’s birthdays.

Four Months of Waiting with No Saber

It’s been nearly four months and I still haven’t received my saber. I placed my order on July 3rd and received emails every three weeks saying it would take another three weeks. Recently, they claimed there was a mistake and my order was never actually placed, so I’ve been waiting for something that was never ordered? I’m unsure about this because they haven’t responded to any of my emails since. I don’t want to cancel; I just want to know how long it will actually take to receive it.

Caution for Buyers

When I ordered my lightsaber, it was not marked as back-ordered. Now, almost a month later, my order is still processing, and their support team refuses to cancel it. I’ve had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I will never order from them again.

I ordered the sword on June 16th, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve reached out to them, but they provide no explanations or assurances. They only apologize and say they will issue a refund if I want one. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Extended Wait for a Delayed Item

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ve been waiting six weeks for a lightsaber that was supposed to be delivered in "2-3 days." I’ve emailed several times, only to be told the item is delayed and will ship next week, despite it still showing 2-3 day delivery on the website. After waiting another three weeks, I was told it would ship this week, but it didn’t. This company seems to have lost its legitimacy.

Problematic Service

They shipped my order after I followed up three weeks later. However, the item had a battery issue. I had to return it, but I was told I had to cover the return shipping cost. I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping on a defective product.
