Oleh at Butlers wharf London made our day very special when we visited yesterday. We were a group of 7 there as a memorial celebration for our late friend. He was so attentive , professional and thoughtful the whole afternoon. A great credit to the bar. We visit the same date every year but he made this year the best visit. Thank you Oleh!
Bottomless brunch - the food was terrible, despite pre-ordering the food was over an hour late, cold and like cardboard. Very disappointed when paid £34. Not worth the money. The first drinks did not come out till 20 minutes into the bottomless brunch either. The waiter did his best but the process was at fault.
All Bar One, King Street, Manchester Tuesday 19th March 2024Wonderful experience and was certainly helped by Noah our waiter on the night. I must say the whole restaurant was efficiently run by just four members of staff, namely Noah, Alice, James and Jack. All were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Customer service was second to none. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Noah. They all are a credit to your company, especially the gem that is Noah ! Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing evening in a very ambient setting.
So we had a voucher for food or drink and decided that we did not like what was on the menu, so asked to order some desserts and two glasses of wine but they declined to serve us as we had a child (11years old) and told us we all needed to order main meals. This resulted in an embarrassing exit as we were made to feel unwelcome. I asked where this was displayed on the menu and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. Not a family friendly place and I grudge that we still have to spend a voucher bought as a gift. Not worth the visit folks.
I had visited All Bar one at Regent street. The ambience and the place was fitting but the food and probable service was a let down. I ordered for a “ vegetarian pad Thai “ it was disappointing it had fish odour to it. This was brought to the attention of the steward and service staff but they did nothing about it the dish was taken away with just a small spoon eaten. There was no apology no replacement or no alternate option provided by the staff. I requested the dish to be taken away and that was all that was done. If at any other restaurant or diner I would most likely have a replacement or an alternate sorted by the staff. Overall despite of it being a high standard place it was an unexpected let down and it totally fell short of expectations.
A … Super massive big-huge shout out to managers Emily and Remee , who provided excessively compassionate service, and a level of professionalism seldom seen in British - much less London - hospitality venues nowadays!Owing to my mistake whilst using the App, I nearly lost my order of food and drink, but Emily and Renew saved my night. As such my brother and I enjoyed a great meal, in clean and friendly surroundings; one could not ask for more.Thank you both, and All Bar One!! 💪🏾🙋🏾♂️❤️
