Went the Guildford branch yesterday (8th April) and cannot fault the customer service from everyone I encountered. I ordered nachos and they came out burnt, and they were so understanding and replaced them with no question. The bar staff, the waiting staff were just all really great 👍🏻
Went to All Bar One at the start of April with a few friends, the reason we had such a great time was due to one member of staff Annabelle who was just lovely, so friendly and made our night, would come back again just because of her amazing service! Thank you Annabelle you are such a credit to All Bar One! X
Just wanted to leave feedback on one of your staff at the Leicester Square branch, David.We had ordered drinks and food via the order at table app and approximately 30 minutes later were still waiting for our starters. David noticed this, asked if he could help, chased our order and when it became apparent it had been lost he then put the order back through, apologised and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited.David was so helpful and polite and turned what could have been a bad experience into a lovely one. Thank you David
