Tried All Bar One Trafford Centre. Had a delicious well presented lunch. But the experience was certainly helped by Amy and Alex. Their customer service was second to none. Amy greeted us with a lovely welcoming smile and was so approachable. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Alex who was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for both girls. Please be assured they are a credit to your company. Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing lunch in a very ambient setting.
We went to All Bar One in Waterloo on Sunday (17 Dec 2023). It was the worst restuarant experience I have ever had. First they were struggling with eggs and used that as the excuse why there was such a delay. Than after an hour, we are told there is no French toast, even though there are a number of other people we could see that was being served French toast. How it takes an hour to tell the customer this, is beyond me. For my 6 year old son, we had to insist they please bring his food now, as we have been waiting so long. Eventually they bring two burnt sausages. We demanded a refund and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about their terrible customer service. What an awful establishment. Very slow, pathetic service and they couldn't care less about their customers. Stay clear.
Water’s Edge, Broad Street, BirminghamWhat can we say? This place has a genuinely warm, comfortable, relaxed vibe. We have tried the Pitcher & Piano and Las Iguanas nearby, and sure; we enjoyed them. But this All Bar One is worlds apart, not only in terms of ambience, but also in terms of food and great levels of staff friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. Customer service excellence.! We have returned and we will continue to do so.Thank you guys! And Merry Xmas!
I went to All Bar One Southampton for a friend’s birthday.It was difficult to tell who was the target clientele. Was it a club? Clearly not. No one was up and dancing. Was it a place for people to enjoy conversations over a meal? Clearly not that either, as the music was WAY TOO LOUD! I was getting a sore throat trying to talk to the person immediately next to me!The food was decent, but the wine, at least, was way overpriced.I shan’t be going back.
Visited Birmingham Brindley Place yesterday with friends. I ordered a Maki Bowl - never been served with such a dry, tasteless and overcooked dish of food. The chicken was like rubber, avacado unripe, the sticky rice was more like clumps of glue. Overpriced and disappointing. Will not be eating at All Bar One again. I’m requesting a refund please - it was that bad.
