We enrolled in the home trial and, after thorough checks and great communication, it was installed within a couple of months. It’s a game changer if you lack a driveway, and I have no regrets. Customer service and aftercare have been exceptional. It's user-friendly—I'm not sure what the other reviewer meant, as it's typically plugged in within minutes. This service allows numerous EV charging points to be added to residential streets without reducing parking for non-EVs—there are no reserved bays, just blocks of pavement ports where you insert your charging cable. When not in use, it functions as a regular parking space. The charging rate is very reasonable at around 22KwH, providing an easy overnight charge even for larger batteries. In contrast, many council chargers consume more space and reduce parking availability, and those attached to lampposts tend to be slower. Perhaps the best aspect of this service is the excellent helpline available 24/7 with real (friendly) people who can effectively address your charging issues!
