Extremely professional from start to finish. The thorough survey enabled me to make well-informed decisions for my next steps. The icing on the cake was having all of my follow-up questions answered by the surveyor, who was exceptionally patient and always explained things in clear, accessible language. The initial contact was very timely and helpful and the surveyor called ahead of his report with the main points. The report was very detailed.The only disappointment was the delay in being able to reschedule when the vendors had to cancel the first appointment.
The team were incredibly helpful and informative. I needed a full structural survey on a 17th Century home, this era of house was new to me and wasn't sure on the requirements. However the team navigated me through the process and what was needed. The time frames were excellent, the survey conducted and report received within a week of the initial phone call. A very thorough and detailed report which was easy to understand.

From instruction to getting the survey report was rapid and pain free. This was a full structural survey and Allcott were all over it in a couple of days with the report being generated shortly after. No hassles at all and the report was extremely thorough, I cannot recommend enough
