I was scammed for over $300. The technical support was the worst I've experienced. The company sent three paid packages to the wrong address due to an account error and refused to refund me. They told me to file a claim with the postal service, and when I did, they continued to push me for a lost package claim. Despite providing all the postal service emails, they insisted I file a claim with them! I've initiated a chargeback with my bank and am waiting for my money. I will not buy from them again!
Would rate zero stars if I could. I placed an order on November 24, and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried contacting the company through email and chat. I received no response to my email, and the representative was unhelpful, only stating I would get a notification when it ships. They refused to escalate the issue and advised me to email support again, which I had already done.
The shipping timeframe of 1-4 days is inaccurate. Expect significant delays from the Black Friday sales in Australia. Their response stated, 'Your order is experiencing a delay due to higher than usual volume.' While I understand some delay, it's been two weeks with no shipping confirmation. They should inform customers about delays instead of leaving them in the dark.
I placed an order on December 9, but DPD failed to deliver it twice. I've emailed the company every day for three days without a response, and DPD has been silent too. I'm unsure how to get a refund when I can't reach the service. I'm really disappointed with this experience and definitely can't recommend them.
Avoid this company. After this experience, I won't use the service again. My parcel never arrived, and DHL informed me it was returned due to a 'dangerous goods' issue, despite their confirmation saying it was delivered. The company claims it was delivered and advised me to contact DHL, leaving me without answers from either. Zero accountability and poor customer service. I've requested a refund and am curious about how long that will take.
I ordered sets for Christmas gifts, which were marked as delivered and signed for. After contacting DHL and the company, I found out they weren’t delivered because DHL won't deliver dry shampoo. I'm still awaiting my refund. The company should address this issue and consider alternative delivery options. I shouldn't have to knock on neighbors' doors for a package marked as delivered.
Update: incredibly quick customer service and an instant refund, thank you. Unfortunately, the conditioner caused an allergic reaction, and no one seems to care. I'm considering returning it despite the £4 charge they impose, which is frustrating.
