Review Time
I ordered four items from Allegra K online. Their website says they offer free returns on the first order. I only received three of the four items and needed to return two of them.
Customer service has been giving me the runaround for four months now. They have not responded to multiple email attempts to their customer support email, they don’t have a phone number to call, and on IG I get the runaround over and over saying they need to contact “the team” and then I never hear back. When I inquire for an update, they need to get back with “the team” again and I never get an answer and still have no way of returning the items or asking for a refund for the missing item.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from Allegra K.
I ordered Christmas gifts quite late—my own oversight—but the tracking was straightforward and the support team was fantastic. Every email I sent received a personal and friendly response within a day...excellent customer service!
I haven't worn either pair yet, but they look exactly like the photos! I do wish one pair came in half sizes. I chose a size up, which is slightly big, but since they are ankle boots, I plan to wear a short sock to enhance the fit. There's always a way to adjust! Overall, very beautiful!
Exercise caution when buying from the company around the holidays. I assumed the 30-day return policy would be extended for items purchased in November and December, but I was mistaken. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and distant when I raised my concerns. It seems they follow a scripted response. I will not shop here again.
I haven't worn either pair yet, but they match the pictures perfectly! I do wish one pair was available in half sizes. I went up a size, which is a bit loose, but since they are ankle boots, I'll use a short sock to make them fit better. There's always a solution! Overall, very lovely!
The return process could definitely be improved. I didn’t like having to email customer service and negotiate. Although they refunded me $50 out of $63 and allowed me to keep the item, I would have preferred a full refund instead of keeping something I won’t wear because it doesn’t fit.
