SCAM WEBSITE – Stay Away!

I requested to cancel my order literally one minute after placing it.Days went by with no response at all from their so-called “support team.”When they finally replied, they said the package was already “in transit.”Yeah right — it’s clear they just didn’t want to cancel it.I emailed them multiple times, and every time I got either no reply or a copy-paste message with zero real help.Now I’m being charged for an order I can’t even receive because I’ve already moved out of that address.This company feels like a total scam.No real customer service, no accountability, and no willingness to fix anything.

Utter scam

I would give this disgusting company 0 stars if possible. I emailed to cancel my order 3 minutes after the money left my account. I cancelled due to the fact that the pricing was confusing and not transparent on their website. I received an email the next day telling me that they would be able to offer me a full refund. Great. They then re-emailed me the same day saying that had been a mistake and the order had been moved to the dispatched orders and was on it's way. This was an utter lie. I went back and forth for over a month ( still no sign of the package ) with them. I always got the same response; "We take your concerns seriously and have escalated". At no point did I speak to anyone higher than the front line customer service team, who were as helpful as as a chocolate teapot. I did not have the issue resolved. They refused to have me send the package back, even though I had no plans to touch the product and just relabel the original package. They told me that if I stayed home all day and sent the driver away with the package, then that would be acceptable? Firstly how is that any different? Secondly - Me lose a whole days work because they are a lying, scamming company? Hell no. They are honestly the vilest company going. They pedal their product to consumers with no real science whatsoever and claim to be geniuses. They couldn't even get a policy correct - a policy they created. I had to tell them what their policy was. Scumbags, all of them. Do not buy their product. I still have not had this issue resolved and it has been over 3 months.
