If I had an option for 0 star, I would have done that. This company is a fraud. I ordered something on August 2020, still didn’t receive. Got couple of emails about a USPS tracking ( which was fake ). The person emailed me and told me to have patience. I still didn’t get my money back or any explanation. Total fraudulent company 😡
Ordered 2 makeup storage box and about month later recieved little compact mirror ,been months now and no sign of what I actually ordered,which came to quite alot of money ,fuming as I'm a single mum ,and they were for my daughter's for Xmas ,anybody know if there is anything I can do
Ordered a led light up make up storage box and mirror for £25, took a couple of months to receive a delivery but all that I got was a very small hand held mirror. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions and eventually got a reply from then to say that is what I ordered ! It wasn’t and I would not pay that sort of money for a compact mirror . I said I wanted to send it back and get a full refund but they blocked me so I couldn’t contact them . Discusting behaviour , do not ordered from this company .
Ordered item in mid-September, delivery estimated within 12 days. Now end of October and still not arrived. USPS tracking number is invalid. Emailed their customer services but email account is invalid.Going to raise a dispute on PayPal.
Absolute scam. Received a tiny make up mirror instead of the vanity unit I ordered. Charged £25.00. Disputed it with PayPal but by the time I’d sent the mirror back to China, hardly worth my while getting a refund. Failed to answer my emails. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered two items off this website. Not only did I finally receive them months later but it wasn't even what I ordered. I ordered a makeup organizer with a light-up mirror on top and a machine to print designs on your nails. What I received was a small compact light-up mirror (which was already scratched no less) and cheap stick-on nails. Pretty much cheap semi-related items.
