This situation feels like a scam. I expect a full refund immediately, or I will escalate this issue with my bank tomorrow.

My partner ordered items from this service, and they added extra items to her order without consent, leading to double charges on her debit card. Now, emails go unanswered. They also declined to assist, claiming the order had been dispatched, even though it clearly hadn't when my partner attempted to cancel. A MAJOR SCAM — AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It seems they attempted to charge my card three times for an order I never placed. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I only ordered once, and it's unacceptable for them to try and take more money. I will report this issue to the appropriate authorities.

UPDATE 12/1/25: The support team reached out, and we managed to resolve the issue with a refund. I appreciate their quick response. I ordered from them a month ago and received no communication until this week when I got a receipt for a new shipment I didn't order. I don't have any subscription or membership with them. After several unresponsive emails this week, I’m out $60 with no way to recover it.
