Finding comfortable headphones has always been a challenge for me, but these are truly outstanding. I can wear them for hours without discomfort, and the sound quality is crystal clear, effectively blocking out external noise as well. The only minor issue I face is locating the play/pause touch area on the earbuds; it would be helpful to have a dot or some kind of marker for easier access, though that might also depend on how they fit in my ears. Overall, I highly recommend these! 10/10.

I'm let down by the lack of noise cancellation since I can still hear my partner snoring. It would be great to have a different set of earbud tips that sit up more and fit entirely, rather than being so flat. I've tried using various tips from my collection, but the specific ones just fall off due to their small opening. Each time I reach out, I’m told it’s been ‘escalated to another department,’ but there’s been no progress. No refund. No solution. Just excuses. This situation has persisted for too long, and customers deserve better.
