We recently switched banks and I’ve been extremely impressed with Allica so far. Waiting times are short, call-backs from the setup team were fast, and the customer service throughout the switch — and since — has been excellent.

In particular, Fawad Ahmed, who first handled my enquiry and started our application, and Lauren Connor (in Louise Arnoud's team), who managed the next stage and helped push our application through under time pressure, have both been outstanding. Lauren has also continued to be incredibly helpful post-setup.

I recently contacted customer services regarding a payment query, and again the attentiveness and quality of service really stood out.

I would definitely recommend Allica.
