From the very first appointment with Liam at the Haywards Heath branch, I was really impressed, rather than just telling me a figure I wanted to hear he came with a list of other properties that had sold which were similar to mine and showed where we needed to list to get sold. I met his colleague Alex who did the viewings alongside Liam and both were a breath of fresh air. They were able to get me sold within 2 weeks during what every other agent was telling me was a quiet summer holiday period. Their communication has been excellent so far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
My experience with this company has been fantastic. Their communication has been brilliant throughout the move and I cannot fault them. Lydia was always very helpful and answered all of our questions straight away. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic agent, superb communication throughout the whole sale process which can be extremely stressful at times! Would highly recommend this company, they got the job done smoothly and we are now very happy in our new home. Thank you to everyone involved.
Felt hoodwinked as soon as my offer was accepted.Basically once the offer is accepted, they don’t want to know you if you’re the buyer. Even if it’s full asking price. I asked and was told I would be forwarded a brochure of the property. A brochure was definitely to be done as it was “great marketing” for move revolution. I basically had the offer accepted the day the property went on the market, and informed a brochure with professional photography would be done. Never happened. I also asked if the loft was boarded, and informed it was.Checked on my second visit after my offer was accepted, and it wasn’t! Several important emails sent throughout and not replied to, I always had to follow up with more mails, and then calls. There was an issue regarding communication I was told…. The original person dealing with the sale had left to start up their own estate agency! My sellers conveyancing paperwork was incomplete and I was forced to pay an excess by my solicitor because of the extra work involved! Asked several times why I should pay more through no fault of my own, and asked the agent to raise this with the seller. No answers from the sales agent regarding addressing the excess payment from the seller. The only answer I got was to threaten to write a bad review on my solicitor for charging more! Had no answers conveyed to me from the agent regarding the builders rubbish and rubble left in the loft, and the huge disrepair of the garden. Nothing from the agent, just that he couldn’t pin her down on it! We actually needed to cut hedges back in order to access the property when moving in! It’s a modern refurbished property, not an old farm! The cherry on the cake, a broken key that did not work was made available on the afternoon I moved in! A week and a half later and still no keys, luckily I can use another door for accessing the property! Now I’m Informed 1 week and 3 days after moving in that the keys were just posted today! The kitchen hob still had food stuck to it. Informed this same day that the keys were posted and that the seller was not taking responsibility for the builders rubbish in the loft, and I will now need to address this through my solicitor. There is builders junk in the loft, I have no working keys, the garden is overgrown to the point there was no access on the day of completion, except where I was forced to cut it back!I had zero communication via the agent from the seller regarding the excess I have had to pay my solicitor regarding the issues the sellers conveyancing documents presented. Basically every question I asked the agent to help with was never answered prior to completion. He did however ask if I was able to place items into the property the day prior to completion as it was vacant, and somehow he got an answer on that. But funnily enough not on any of the other questions that would cost his client time or money! When asked about the builders rubbish in the loft after I had moved in the agent said that I had agreed to take this to the tip!! Never in a million years was this agreed! I agreed if the seller was to leave assorted items IN the house that I did not need, I was happy to take them to the tip, but not to clear out the loft! This was always a separate issue to the point the agent himself agreed a fair trade off for the seller was to address the garden or the loft! (They should have done both!!) Neither were addressed, and later apparently I said I’d take the builders loft rubbish to the tip! All the questions I asked prior to exchange were only ever answered after completion, and after I moved in. Bizarrely! They did however get the sale over the line without any issues or extra costs to their client, and gained their hard earned commission..I now have to pay for a loft to be emptied, a garden to cleared, and £450 in excess solicitors fees due to the issues caused by their clients incompetent solicitors take on conveyancing! Maybe the above is normal practice though.
The team at MoveRevolution provides a unique and exceptional service. Nothing is too much, they are so professional and helpful and my property sold in no time due to excellent marketing and photography. I highly recommend this company. Job. Well. Done 👍🏼
I had my home on the market with a previous agent for 6 months and was really struggling to achieve a sale. The Sales Manager of my local office, Liam Campbell, knocked on my door one evening and i was blown away by his enthusiasm and strategy to find me a buyer. I listed my home with Move Revolution and their professional photographer, Tom, was amazing and was a huge upgrade on the photography with my previous agent. Liam and Alex were energetic, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Within 3 weeks of listing with them they have found me a buyer and I am now so excited about my move.
The company have been not communicating and not returning my security deposit from 3 months ago. No report been issued. Noone will get back to me on the delay. The legal limit is 10 days and they have far exceeded this. Do not trust them to be capable or even honest.
From start to finish dealing with the sale of my property the staff at Move Revelation were professional, informative and knowledgeable. Made the sale a breeze. Would definitely recommend this company and a special thanks to Abigail who was brilliant
