The staff appears to lack proper training, and the counselors are unprofessional. There is no avenue to report negative experiences, highlighting their disregard for member satisfaction and well-being. My interactions with the service have been consistently disappointing. I questioned the qualifications of the counselors because their behavior suggests they may not be adequately trained professionals. Improvements are urgently needed!

Lack of Care from the Service Provider

Staff appears poorly trained and counselors are unprofessional. Customer support is nonexistent. There’s no avenue to voice complaints about negative experiences with counselors, indicating a disregard for member satisfaction and wellness. Every interaction I've had has been disappointing. I questioned the qualifications of the counselors, as their behavior seems uncharacteristic of trained professionals. Improvement is needed!
