Firstly, shipment arrived as empty box. Although they resend the order without extra charge, it costs us more than a week delay. Secondly, we shipped tiles to Bangkok and found they are the wrong colour. Now we have lost a month and overseas shipping costs.
Asked them 2 questions based on a particular tile they have, they replied to 2nd question, ignored first one. I followed up then they said they don’t have that manufacturer’s tiles at all (which is false, b/c that manufacturer’s tiles were listed on their site).Due to their staff’s inability to reason, I will not use them.
