What has made my experience great is: it took less than 6 months for my reward letter. It is my first time applying, and your company did great. I went to all my doctors appointments, electronically signed everything. Not having to go in front of a judge. Allsup did all the work, plus they made phone calls to me. To check on me as a human being. Not just a number. Once I get settled in my new place. I'm going to have my son go through Allsup for his Social Security. Again, I want to thank you for all that you have done for me.
Almost a year ago I contacted Allsup Employment Services. I talked with a recruiter who told me that they would be able to get me a job from home making over 30k a year. The recruiter convinced me to unenroll from my local vocation rehabilitation which I did.Since then? Nothing. Emails asking me if I need anything when they never even delivered what was promised. I constantly reiterated my needs and it wasn't until Friday Aug 15th 2025 that I learned the truth.When I finally confronted them about this they listed how they were able to help and it was nothing like their recruiter promised.Now my social security disability and my home and my whole life is in jeopardy.This place is predatory and only offers coaching for people who are already able enough for coaching to be beneficial. Basically they can only help those who can help themselves which is not me.I'm in a worse place for having trusted AES.
Just awful! They make believe that they are trying to contact you, but it is 99% impossible to reach anyone via telephone, email, or chat. My advice, stay far away. And, look at all the boiler plate, uncaring responses from them on this thread. I am going to go somewhere else, having wasted over a month of my time with absolutely nothing to show for it! What an unprofessional, irresponsible "agency"...
