Avoid this company at all costs – complete nightmare experienceI placed an order, paid for the item plus postage, and was then hit with an unexpected demand for an extra £30 for “postage insurance.” I refused to pay it.It’s now been over two weeks, my item still hasn’t arrived, and there’s been zero communication or progress from their side.I’ve sent countless messages and even tried calling multiple times — all I get is silence or vague excuses. No tracking update, no resolution, nothing.This feels like a deliberate tactic to squeeze more money or simply a very unprofessional operation. Either way, the result is the same: you pay, you wait, and you get nothing.Strongly advise everyone to steer well clear of this company. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss of money.
Total scammers. Wish I had googled reviews first. I stupidly did a bank transfer then was hit with a £100+ insurance bill to get my item. I didn’t pay and asked for my money back and was told no. Lesson learnt and feel stupid. DO NOT DO A BANK TRANSFER TO ANYONE
