Review Time
I finished the project as agreed, but I was never paid. After I completed the work, the client stopped replying and later disappeared. I told him I may report this to the BBB or IRS because I did not receive any payment.
The client also left a bad review about me that is completely false and inaccurate. It does not reflect the work I delivered. I tried to ask support for help and to raise a dispute, but they did not help me. They only said they do not delete reviews. Very disappointing experience.
About 12 days ago, my OnlineJobs.ph account was suddenly removed after I changed my profile photo, which apparently went against their rules. At first, I was really confused because I didn’t fully understand what policy I had violated. I tried creating another account, but that one was removed as well.
So I decided to email their support team to clarify everything. They responded and clearly explained their rules and policies regarding profile photos and account creation. I appreciate that they took the time to explain what happened instead of just ignoring my concern.
We were able to sort things out, and I agreed to update my photo to follow their guidelines so my account could be reactivated. The customer support team at OnlineJobs.ph did a great job assisting me and guiding me through the process.
Overall, it was a stressful experience at first, but I’m thankful their team handled it professionally and helped me resolve the issue.
I ran a couple of job ads and paid for their paid tier, but shortly after, they said my account was “downgraded.” Now I’m completely locked out and can’t access anything I paid for. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but in practice, they just lock you out and keep your money. There’s no clear explanation or way to resolve it — it feels like you’re paying for something you can’t even use.Very disappointed with how this was handled.
The website really offers a wide variety of job choices, and many offer tempting job offers that many people would apply for. But the thing is, some employers are scammers and won't pay you even after finishing the job. I hope that soon there will be a more secure and guaranteed payment.
employee fraudulently claimed we owed them money. Online Jobs suspended our account demanding we pay this person money. I think they are working together to take money from employers. Already claimed charge as fraud on my credit card.
I was able to get a direct client, and they’re really good to work with. However, I’ve noticed that some job postings aren’t reliable—many don’t even respond, whether you’re qualified or not. On the other hand, OnlineJobs.ph is very user-friendly and a great platform for finding jobs.”
