Outstanding customer service

I am a very discerning customer, and it took me a while to decide, but the representative remained incredibly patient, answering numerous questions. More importantly, they delivered on their promise to get my order to me safely. Other vendors might offer better prices, but I chose this service for its responsiveness, and I’d rather pay a bit more for excellent service.
