Recently, I needed just one roll of replacement wallpaper and searched everywhere before remembering this company. The service remains unchanged, with staff who are incredibly helpful, courteous, and efficient. Being able to purchase a single roll for just a small amount reflects their outstanding service. It was refreshing and nostalgic to return and see that they continue to offer such excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

I placed an order over two weeks ago, and their website stated deliveries within 1-2 days. I discovered not all items are stocked but drop-shipped, which is understandable. Initially, I left a 1-star review, but I must commend the representative who kept me updated and followed up with suppliers. Thanks to her efforts, I am hopeful for a swift delivery. Customer service is crucial, and she deserves 5 stars!
I typically dislike buying online! Selecting wallpaper can be challenging, especially at a reasonable price, and I found one that had to be sourced from abroad. After calling and speaking to a representative, I received assurance on the delivery date, free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and a solid return policy, so I placed my order over the phone. The wallpaper arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to hang. I would certainly buy from this company again, and my decorator has asked for their details.
