We had originally purchased our NAS from Al Madina Enterprises about 7 years ago, so when it suddenly failed, we reached out to them again — even though it was long out of warranty. Their response was simply, “Sir, please send it to us, we will see what we can do.” That alone was very reassuring.Unfortunately the unit itself had permanently failed, but our data was still there. Instead of just giving up on it, they carefully recovered all our data, recommended a new Synology NAS, and handled the complete data migration and RAID setup for us at a very reasonable cost.To make things more challenging, the new NAS was mishandled by the courier and had to be sent back again. Even then, their team didn’t step back — they rebuilt the RAID, restored the data that was affected, and made sure everything was fully ready before sending it back to us in Lahore. They even guided me through the final setup so everything worked perfectly.As a young entrepreneur running a growing design firm (MAS Designs), and not being a very tech-savvy person, this whole situation was honestly quite stressful and worrying for me. But Fasih and Fawad handled everything with such patience and care that all of that stress simply went away.Having partners like Al Madina who genuinely care about their customers and their data gives us huge confidence as a business. The level of service we received — even after 7 years — is rare. Truly grateful and highly recommended.
