Review Time
I bought my first bike from Alpha almost four years ago, and I've lost track of how many times I've been back since. They're far from the closest; I have maybe five other dealers closer to me but I'd happily ride the 20+ miles to Alpha, having received nowhere near their level of service from anyone else. I've bought several bikes from them in that time, never anything I didn't want or didn't like or felt pressured into buying, each one was perfect for what I wanted. Finance was sorted simply and efficiently and all done for me, any spares or repairs I've needed have been sorted, and now I've just bought my new Dainese textiles from them as well. Every time I go in I'm offered a coffee and a chat, even if I'm only there to look at pretty bikes and completely waste their time. I've sent a few people to Alpha over the years, and they've always been impressed. Even met a guy in a Morrison's car park who had the number plate one up from mine, and he only had good things to say about them too. Can't recommend them highly enough.
