SECOND EDIT: Incorrect vehicle has now been transferred into my name with the service…which remains unresolved. 1st EDIT: My original review when I placed the deposit was 5 stars: “Smooth process, and extremely accommodating, will return in the future to purchase again.” However, after buying and taking delivery of the vehicle, I've changed my rating to 1 star. Their communication, professionalism, and friendliness were impressive on that initial day. When I returned to collect the vehicle, everything unraveled. Even though they knew my arrival time, I waited for 20 minutes with no one checking in on me (besides the front desk who relayed my presence). Eventually, they began the document signing process but appeared uncertain about the procedure. I ended up spending around an hour there, though it should have been a quick 5-10 minute visit if they had been efficient. A week later, I was informed that the paperwork regarding the vehicle they were acquiring from me (similar to a trade-in, which they referred to as a buy-in) was not completed correctly, yet the representative couldn’t specify the issue, simply stating he didn’t know. After about 4 days, I still hadn’t received the documents, so I had to follow up, as nearly two weeks had passed without payment for the vehicle they purchased from me.
Eventually, they sent me paperwork that was still incorrect, prompting them to resend it, this time asking me to fill out a blank document while noting they would complete their section after my signature, which I understandably declined (clear red flags!).
They then returned it again, now with their section filled out, but half the details were incorrect, including a $1k discrepancy under the agreed price of the vehicle. An overwhelming number of issues, incompetence, and several red flags make me question whether they are simply inept or potentially untrustworthy. My experience leads me to ensure I will never return to this service again.
CAUTION - AVOID PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS SELLER! I placed a "refundable deposit" for a vehicle, and they refuse to return my funds! After having the car evaluated by an independent mechanic, it was revealed that there were significant mechanical problems that had been concealed. Their only response was that it is roadworthy, and I will not receive my deposit back! It has been more than two weeks, and I am still waiting for my money. I pity anyone who ended up buying that car!
We bought a vehicle from a location and discovered that the tow hook was broken and the tyre sealant was missing. I don't understand how this passed their pre-inspection. They promised to replace the sealant but couldn’t send it to us (a courier would only cost $10), and we live 90 minutes away. They wouldn't cover the cost to fix the broken tow hook, so I did it myself. The after-sales support was the worst I've ever encountered. They also refused to assist with the cost of a missing second key, which was $675. They said they would look into it after the purchase, but ultimately said no. I regret not waiting for the key before taking the car. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALER.

The service was extremely helpful and considerate, especially for someone purchasing a vehicle through financing for the first time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, as well as anyone looking to buy a car in the area.
