SCAM ALERT - they totally fooled me with their legit looking website and social media account. I’ve sent 3 emails inquiring about my order, name is Shelby Downs, order number #5814717, and I get the auto reply each time. They’ve STILL not reached out or responded. No tracking number, not shipping update, no reply. I placed my order on May 23rd. Sent my first follow up email on June 12th, so they can’t say any BS about only having 60 days to report an issue. I’ve followed up an additional 2 times and even sent a message via Instagram (which was not able to send because apparently the user doesn’t allow new messages). I’m so mad I didn’t check trust pilot before placing my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I think this company is a scam. I ordered bike lights 12 weeks ago, haven't received them, emailed twice to ask about delivery and heard nothing back. To Alpine Extreme who don't believe me - my order for two HeartGlo pros was placed on Feb 23, number 5814055. I have sent two follow up emails from my primary email, which is different from the one I used to post this review. I'm already concerned that I used my primary email and visa card to place an order with you, so I wasn't going to use the same primary email again. If you're sincerely a real company you will look up my order number and contact me directly.
I too ordered the heart bike lights. Order placed on April 24, 2025. Today is August 24, 2025 — exactly four months later. Still no bike lights. Order #5824438. Numerous emails and their only response is the same original confirmation showing that the “Shipment is on its way”. Sure it is. Just like all the others complaining on here that this is a total SCAM. I have respectively requested a refund. No reply.

Jeg får kun autosvar på mine mails til dem om, at de henvender sig inden for 24 timer, men hører aldrig fra dem.I think it is scam company. Ordered a package 3 months ago and have not received it. I only get auto-replies on my mails to them saying they will get back to me within 24 hours, but never hear from them.
