I think Vinnie or vincent was the mans name. I needed to buy an item recommended by my physiotherapist and i hadnt a clue and vinnie took me through all the various choices. Rare to get that kind of service now also the man knew his merchandise .
Had a great experience today. The staff member helped me find the right size and was genuinely helpful. Nice atmosphere in-store too, enjoyed the music while browsing. Happy with the purchase, and it’s not my first time shopping here. Recommended.

I ordered items online during a sale. A few days later, I received an email stating that the items were out of stock and that a refund was being processed. This experience is disappointing; orders shouldn't be accepted if the items aren't available.
